his tenure was inconsistent garbage and two of our best defenders ended up regressing in horrible fashion, but keep telling yourself he was a great developmental coach. still waiting for the rebuttal.. - ClaudeFather
Give me something concrete to work with. Something that actually needs rebuttal rather than continual rhetoric.

Yep. Still wet behind the ears going up against one of the all-time greats. |

Why did our two best young defenders drastically regress under Crapstol? |

I'm not going to continue a conversation with you on this unless the rhetoric stops.

Two devastating knee injuries is tough to come back from. I believe he was going to struggle to be a full time NHL player even without injuries. - PLindbergh31
not even arguing that. I just mean the kid should do what he feels he wants to do. |

Still early in the season but the positive signs we are seeing makes it easier to go through the early season/new coach bumps. I can see these guys fully coming together and really hitting their stride in January. I think AV and the veteran coaching staff will get the most out of this group.
It was nice to see the other team having trouble with a forecheck for once. |

Fans in Philly are fickle and frustrated cause they haven't won a Cup since 75 and a playoff series since 12.
In Toronto those numbers are 67 and 04, plus they have three guys making $11m. That's a recipe for rancor. - Feanor
and they have NEVER made the finals in the post original 6 era. that is mind blowing |

They were the only team to go the entire length of the last cba without making the playoffs. They've never won 4 playoff rounds in their lengthy history, and have not won 3 rounds since before expansion I believe. |

And thats going to continue this year. Have a hard time seeing them go further with this roster. They rely on their young forwards too much. Games get tougher as the season goes on, 4 goals should win you a game not keep you in one. |

19 year old Konecny vs Farabee today.
Farabee is noticeable in a positive way every time he’s on the ice. Farabee earned being on the top line. If Farabee is this good right now, this is kid that actually might be a legitimate sniper/super star much sooner than later.
Konecny was always a good player but his attention to detail wasn’t great. I never noticed Konecny cutting off passing lanes. I felt like Konecny cheated out of the zone a bit and didn’t pay attention to defense. He deserves to be benched when he was. - SuperSchennBros
Farabee's been good beyond his years, but let's not get carried away.
TK is arguably this team's best player today. |

The one where George gets dragged into setting up a foundation for Susan.
Another from that episode:
[Elaine groans in frustration as Kramer enters.]
Kramer: Hey. (notices Elaine) What's wrong?
Elaine: Oh, Peterman ran off to Burma, and now he wants me to run the catalog.
Kramer: Where?
Jerry: Myanmar.
Kramer: The discount pharmacy?
And yes, the finale was good. I appreciate it more now than I did when it originally aired. I think that had to do with anticipation. |

Very small sample size, although I agree he looks good, positive impact all the way around. You are also understating Konecny, last two years over 20 goals and vast majority at even strength. - ClaudeFather
I’m not understating anything. I’m comparing the two players at the same age. |

LOL Someone actually wrote Giroux doesnt make his teammates better...... Raffl had 20 goals playing a season on his line. Raffl is a good soldier and I guy I want on the team but he isnt a 20 goal scorer. |
