Hard to say who will make the team with the injuries.
From what I read they should keep Suzuki with the team. |

Fleury would deserve it as well. If there are injuries this year I wouldn't be surprised to see Evans being called up as well. |

FLeury, evans, suzuki and poehling all deserve a spot... while laval seems to be a good spot for them, its hard ot not want them to all make a splash this year with the big club.
that said, not that i would trade any of them, but a team that needs to fill its cupboards with A+ prospects, this is a good situation to be in. The jets are in the bottom 5 for prospects pool/ need to fill roster spots, could the habs be showcasing some peeps? |

Fleury is showing good poise, positioning and willingness to take a hit in order to make a play. He is so far deserving of a spot on opening night. However, with all this depth at RD and the alleged interest in Honka out of Dallas, I am starting to wonder at what point Petry become expendable especially since he's right in the "sell high" category. |

While the temptation to "Sell high" on Petry is there, he's also a big part of our puck moving D, and is a great fit on the 2nd wave PP, where we badly need to improve. If we're at the trade deadline, and out of the playoffs, sell then... Don't shoot yourself in the foot before we start playing games that matter. |

Are you a doctor? Concussions can be tricky.
Pretty much Laval once he is back before being called back by the big club. |

Suzuke should make the team
Could a legit 1st pair D be had if a package of Drouin Mete be offered? (Picks and blabla) |

A team like the jets reaaalallly need a LD like Petry. Is there enough depth on the right side? |

So to get rid of Drouin's contract we have to trade a 1st LD for a 1st LD? |

None of the kids are ready to replace Petry this year. Maybe in 2 years if all goes well? |
