Steve Palumbo: Ducks excited for more offensive freedom; plus news and notes - Steven Palumbo
Gibson is an all world tender but would you guys ever consider ruinited the spitfires lol Taylor Hall for Gibson? I imagine there is no interest as it would open up a massive hole else where and I imagine the devils would need to add because of their contract situations but would any of you consider it ? Lol |

How nice to see Max finish that beautiful feed from TT - tons of F options and combos available-
A 2G deficit last year = death knell - how sweet to see a comeback - Comtois / Jones / TT / Shore / Spronger / Benoit/ Steel / Isac / all kinds of talented youth around -
This is gonna be a fun year - |

Im not to high on stolarz from the flyers blog but i understand I wouldnt move Gibson either. I am pretty happy with Blackwood so I dont know if I would go for goalie futures if I had to move Hall. |

Thanks for the read!
The other thing that is important about Kesler/Eaves is that it will ensure that the Ducks are the lowest cap team with about 16-18m in space (assuming all else stays the same).
That gives a ton of flexibility even if there is an internal cap. Taking on other bad contracts for 1st round picks, getting discounts on trades because teams are over the cap, etc.
I just hope GMBM is as creative as some of his counterparts have been recently. |

Excited to have Steel, Jones and Comtois expected to be with the big club this year.
Watching Steel play in the WHL Finals a few years ago going toe-to-toe with Matt Barzal was exciting, the kid is going to be a stud.
Bob Murray still needs to go, trading Theodore to save Manson from the expansion draft was dumb af imo. This team had one of the strongest defensive groups in the league 3-4 years ago. Looking pretty weak on defense going into this season. |
