I hope they try to move up. Quality over quantity.

I think both Edmonton's #8 and Vancouver's #10 could be had.

If they are willing to take on Lucic's contract they could probably get the #8 without even giving up their own pick in the first round.

Imagine taking Lucic to get the #8 and flipping their own 1st plus a 2nd to get #10. Those could be two high end players that would be ready to make an impact in the 2021-2025 run of unparalleled success!

They have the 19th pick. But thanks for coming out.

I would like to see the Sens move up this draft, we need to keep in mind that they are working with 50 contract limit so there are only so many prospects we can have. spending some of 2020 or 2021 picks now is my suggestion.

They won't have to deal with that just yet though, that's a problem a few years from now (if at all)

Best thing about this first round is toronto does not have a pick.

I think the Duchene trade was good for the Sens.

Is Davidsson expected to ever make the transition to the AhL/NHL?

And Lucic would never wave to come our swamp

I'm certain we can all look to Garrioch for some meaningful insight as he had a full sit down with the GM. (zzzZZZzzzz)

This is the gravy "who cares" draft. Next year and the year after matter. His free agent signings this year matter...as they'll drastically impact that protect list when the expansion draft comes around.

Oh, was the 19th pick their own? Reading comprehension is an important life skill; at least you tried.

That's pretty good, and Imma let you finish, but the best thing about this first round is that Colorado has Ottawa's 4th overall selection
