Sorry all that was a bit rushed so I didn't get to develop things as much as I would like. Will not be able to be on much here tonight. Follow me on twitter for more updates.

4-1 Blues tonight. They will come out pissed and will DOMINATE. Sunny will stop the penalty kill leakage and Dunn will propel the PP!

Are you blind on the "blown offside" call? The puck deflects off the D stick and into the zone. By definition of the rule you posted it is a good play and no offside.

You're going to need to give that rule definition at least a few more reads.

The NHL has been blowing offside calls. They need to just drop the review or change it.

Maybe only reviewable in real time speed. If the linesman can't conclusively determine it was offside, the play stands. I'm sick of the way it currently is.

Blues better focus on scoring versus head hunting.

Take Parayko off the PP. Dude's gotta be injured, he's been bad for 4 rounds straight.

No no no, they can hit them as long as it's not Schwartz ha ha ha

Way to go Blues!!!

Kept expecting that 3rd period heart breaking goal. Pacing around in front of the tv the last 10 minutes.

Nope... he clearly tried to play the puck and knocked it into the Blues zone. Take off your blue tinted glasses and stop drinking the same kool aide as the Leaf's fans.

At least you got your steps in. Good exercise.

Great bounce back game and blues managed to takedown Chara....

its not KoolAid... its Labatt Blue

two questions?

1) has there been a game the entire playoffs in which the Bruins have won and their hasn't been an officiating "controversy"... nah... don't bother responding, the media coverage makes it pretty self evident.... Bruins fans should enjoy the ride, its very unlikely that so much "good luck" will happen year over year

2) which Blues player will be suspended for Chara getting the puck in the face?

that's hilarious... except that some Blues player, who was probably on the bench at the time of the play where Chara got the puck in the face will likely have a hearing and be suspended today

Do we need a roll call check...where's Bcal? Guru? Antilles?

Carcus....amazing to see how different the hit on the Tank looked live vs the replay? Looked bad live from my angle but very embellished it appeared from the replays I saw.

He did get clipped on the face/chin, but he definitely sold it.

Better off maintaining pressure vs taking penalty. Had them hemmed in bad at that point in time. Good chance we put one as they were totally gassed.

I thought the same thing. I'd rather maintain control than draw the penalty especially when you figure how good their specials teams have been and how poor our power play has been.

Present.

Negative from last night's game: Blues have a sustained forecheck and are pressuring Boston in one of the greatest prolong shifts I've ever seen, keeping the Bruins pinned in for over a three minute shift - Tarasenko embellishes and draws a penalty - which gets a whistle, a stoppage and TV time out and Boston can re-group.

Only the Blues' PP can change the momentum in favor of the OTHER team. Shorthanded goal - which I thought at the time might be the moment the dream was going to die.

Truly a game of inches. ROR's shorthanded attempt trickles inches wide of the net. Carlo's shorthanded attempt - Binnington comes within inches of snagging it - just going off his glove.

Tons of credit to these Blues, whomever they are, for not allowing it to get to them.

That's a positive - the other one: Blues take the lead and don't go into a Ken Hitchcock defensive shell and just try to ride out the final 9 minutes of storm but put their foot on the gas and took it to the Bruins.

I believe Boston had one shot in the final nine minutes of the game, if I heard correctly.

This would really be a lot of fun if I truly believed what was happening right now.
