Holy F I'm so irate.

I mean I love the idea of Panarin playing on Malkin's wing... but lets be honest. Penguins will need to move a lot of space to even make that happen. He'd have to take a discount to even consider it given how many teams have more money to spend.

I really hope the Flyers don’t sign Kadri.

I mean, I don't claim to be a hockey "expert" like Ek or Tanner, but Bobrovsky to the Islanders just doesn't seem logical when they have a Russian phenom only one year away. I doubt Bob will sign a deal less than 7 years and that takes him into his twilight years just when guys like Barzal, Pullock, Toews, and others will be coming into their best years. Resigning Lehner to a 3 - 4 year deal makes much more sense and I doubt there are teams out there that will commit to Lehner for longer than that, regardless. He likes Trotz and the team. But again, I'm no expert and according to Tanner, Lou is the "worst GM" in the league, so, there's that!
PS... Panarin would seem more of a target for the Isles once they sign Anders and Robin, but that's all just hypothetical, right, not like a rumor.

I don't know how a GM says "I'll take Jack Johnson" in any trade. Apparently Paul Fenton will. Hopefully for Minnesota's sake that trade doesn't go through. Victor Rask's contract is a boat anchor too but at least you can bury him on the 4th line and get something from him. But Jack Johnson? Yikes.
