He’s not slow at all. He also will not be there at 10 any more than Byram.

Im a broberg guy as well. If by fluke we could grab Bouchard for something that works though id be all over it.

Edler has easily been our best d the numbers for wins and losses speak for themselves depending on ifnhes playing. I do believe its time to move on as he just cant stay healthy and we dont need anymore of that stuff on the team. Look at stralman maybe? I donno jist move on from edler its time.

Stralman is even older and just as brittle. Edler without the offence. Seems like a questionable move at best. If it was veterans minimum maybe, but i think he wants to win.

lol ya I wouldn't quite lump in Nylander with Datsyuk regardless of Datsyuk's early PO struggles. Different players different level.

You don't trade the 10 OA for a Nylander-type player when we have needs such as a RHD. Hughes is gonna be killer but our D core literally has not been the same since Salo left...that's how important that RHD is.

Now what would the Flames give us for the 10 OA? lol
