Promise? Let me remember....I was pro-Gillis, you were anti-Gillis and had a hard-on for Hodgson?

Am I close?

You got the Gillis part right but you still get it wrong on Hodgson. I mainly argued to death about Gillis' accusations on Hodgson that until this day... only came from him... A established liar who threw bodies under the bus regularly. The narrative monkeys day in and day out played the "you love Hodgson" card to death on me. No surprise... they had nothing to present in my argument but taunting. The truth was... I never projected him more than a 2nd line C and he played top 6 after he left the Canucks. I put up with all that bullpoop but nowhere had I been proven wrong. His career was way shorter than I would have ever thought... but he still played over 360 games I believe.

Ironically, the Canucks never would've even drafted Hodgson if they listened to their scouts who wanted Kyle "the power forward we need" Beach

The scouts got their revenge with the Virtanen over Ehlers pick

I remember that. I wasnt a shy as some over him either. Glad he didnt get grabbed. They probably would of still ended up with Kassian in the end.

I dont remember who my desired pick was at 10 but it wasnt Hodgson or Beach.

I remember wanting to burn Gillis alive for that trade

Sucks that Washington said no to Carlson for Hodgson

Gillis also wanted Kyle Clifford for Hodgson
