Having to back the blues is dicey. But we need them. C'mon on Blues!

Smith has been the definition of reliable since the All-Star break. The Flames are good enough that they don't need their goalies to steal games. They just need them not to lose them. Smith lost them one game over the last few months.

Better yes, especially the last six weeks of the season, though I still don’t trust him. And Rittich overall outplayed him. Will be interesting to see who starts.

Smith has an .898 save percentage on the year. No reasonable perosn would trust him this year.

Nah.

He trailed off enough to land him around 8 or 9.

I don't trust him, but I think his save % was so low in the first 15+ games that even being remarkably better in the second half couldn't get it over .900.

I'm not really sure it matters. Tampa should win this all! But we still would like for Dallas and Winnipeg to meet in the WCF this way the picks for Hayes & Zuccarello will go up for us. Now looking forward to next year, can we discuss an offer sheet or as the NBA word it, a sign and trade. With all the talent that will ultimately be upfront with or without Panarin, I'd like to post a trade or offer sheet for Trouba. Theres no way they can afford to pay this guy and I know he's no Erik Karleson but he's no Erik Karleson! EK has lots of miles on his battered body while Trouba is still young and his size and shot would be HUGE for our right side. Im sorry CK20 fans but to get a lot you need to give up a lot. CK20, Vlad, and then a pick of either Pionk, Sean Day, and a 2nd rnd pick? Am I reaching? I don't think so. I'm out Go Tampa!

Mrazek had a brutal sv% early despite playing well and eventually it evened out to a .914 sv%

Mike Smith just sucks.

That guy shows us the amazing health benefits of meth. You can suck down a package of raw hotdog and still look somewhat in shape.
