You might be right. The Panthers' ownership and upper-ups are all military-oriented in perspective and culture. They might not like the "staff" having their own ideas. But I'd hope they'd be smart enough to recognize they could have a battle-hardened guy who has won the war three times already leading the troops.
Experience > Theory in this case.
Dale hired Q in Chicago, so I hope there's still a good relationship there.

I agree, man...let's say Q does have interest in Florida (total hypothetical), I would hope the front office would bring him in.
There's certainly talent that would be appealing to a coach and if Q had some say/pull, I could see him and Tallon bringing in some grit and size - which would be nice. The guys Q leans towards are usually a bit bigger and more physical.
