Best bet is keep the d the same next year then hopefully bouchard, bear will be able to fill in the right side pp option the folloeing year. Moving russel and or sekera after next season might be a better idea as we should have jones ready.

This team is a mess that needs two top 4 d-men, a solid #1 goalie and much better depth at forward. If the Oilers new GM and coach think that signing two 15 goal scorers while staying under the cap will solve this sad sack organization problems they will be sorely disappointed.
