Absolutely agree. He's done that same move on every breakaway I remember. Rule of thumb is when the goalie stays in the crease wrist shot high....goalie comes out then deak. Renne stayed deep.

The IQ of the players on the PP or a change in scheme? Just seems to me there is a lot of movement of players causing the D to react. I mean Kane was in the high slot for a few seconds in the 1-3-1 set up before they scored. He was also on the wall, his usual spot and up at the blueline too. You don't see him him in the middle of the 1-3-1 often, if at all.

Personnel or scheme? ....... Agree on Strome though. Not only is he a higher IQ guy than Saad he's an excellent passer and he'll stand in front of the net.

There are some things I like so far about Caligula. Speed (disruptive), darts, will play the body and I wonder if his energy will be infectious to his linemates. ........ Haven't seen enough of him either way as a Hawk.
