Didnt get to watch all the games live but went through this morning and seems like several flyers prospects had good WJC debuts. Does Canada stick to their guns with frost as a 3rd line LW after that one ? And man. How did cates go that low in the draft. He was a man a blaze. |

This will be a big test for the Flyers tonight. Even if the Flyers play well, if Tampa brings their "A" game tonight, it might not matter. They're that good.

If the team can steal a Win here that would be huge. |

Yup, I get the feeling this one could get ugly. Hopefully Hart is ready to really see what the NHL is. |

He let in 4 vs Columbus and 3 were truly not his fault. The scoreboard doesnt always tell the story. Itll be good for him as long as he fights all night. |

Great to see Frost have a good game, but not getting too excited. Playing Denmark is like the Flyers playing your HS team... 14-0 says it all. Hopefully he will continue to prove the selection team wrong and have a great series |

Frost figured in 4 of Canada's first 5 goals. Only one of his points came in garbage time. |

I know that. I was just saying he's going to face a step up tonight from what he's seen before. This is the top tier of the league. Yes Columbus is good but they aren't Tampa, Toronto, San Jose... |

It's been 12 whole hours since Morgan Frost scored a hat trick in a hockey game.

Except that it wasn't. The Danes have reached the medal round three times since 2015. Two years ago, the Danes beat defending gold medalist Finland. They finished 5th last year, reaching the semifinals.
Denmark is always the underdog, and they didn't have much chance against Canada yesterday. However, they and other underdog teams sometimes find a way to hang in close on the scoreboard despite getting severely outshot, scratch out a goal or two and pull off the occasional upset.
What Canada did yesterday was jump on the Danes quickly, never giving them a chance to hang around and start to think they had any route to victory. Once it got to be 5-0 by 1:40 of the second period, the rout was on. |

Whats up with number 98 (D) for tampa? healthy scratch. He looked good on some of the games I watched. |

14-0 is a lopsided football game. It's only a hockey score if the 2 teams have no business being on the ice at the same time. I'm sure there were games in the past the Danes looked like they belonged, yesterday wasn't one of them. |
