They were a mess a month ago but have been getting better as time goes on. I’m Waiting on these other squads to have significant injuries and see where they end up.
Ducks will be no worse than 2nd at the end of the year...
Oil and Flames are still a mess in net ... even with Kos & Rittich playing well now.

As an Oiler fan I hope Petterson poops the bed tonight, but seeing as hes on my fantasy hockey team. 1 goal 1 assist and still lose horribly, because Koskinen is also on my lineup.

I think this game will be a good test to see where our defence really stands. Winnipeg is studly, Philly is playing like golf season is around the corner. Vancouver has surprised me. I thought Sedin less they would be at the very bottom of the basement.

OMG put the pipe down. Anaheim no worse than second? While consistently giving up top 3 shots against in the league?! Your riding Gibson like it’s a sprint, not a marathon. He’ll be drained by mid January. I will say I’m impressed with the rookies that have come up, but your playing completely unsustainable hockey. And that’s a fact, not an opinion.

And nothing wrong with Edmonton’s or Calgary’s goaltending. It merely passing of the torch. Koskinen and Rittich have been great so far.

We’ll see how much of a cocky peacock you are come the starting of February. Prepare to eat some crow..

I have to agree with your sentiment. Like a hot shooting percentage, I don't think Gibsons save percentage is sustainable long term. You just cant let your goalie get shelled and think its a long term solution. When the other shoe drops it could be a demoralising process for some.

I’ve been hearing this same thing for the past 2 years and he just keeps doing it ... it’s just time for people to realize he’s a great goalie and this is just his normal.
And once Raks and Cam come back just more ammunition for Ducks.

Carlyle will be your downfall. Wildcard. At best.

The Pacific division is a combined 35-17-5 in December so far. A combined 22-14-6 from November 20th (Hitch hiring) to November 30th. That's a combined 57-31-11 since November 20th. Then you remove in-division games to see how they've been doing against the rest of the league and you see they've achieved a combined record of 39-16-7.

Fair to say the Pacific division isn't ready to be accept the title of the weakest division in the league.

Nah, he'll be their downfall in the playoffs. They'll make it to the playoffs comfortably with the depth they have on their roster and Gibson playing how he has shown he can the last few years.

Gibson is a band aid. Solid when he plays but how long until he injuries his groin for the fourth or is it the fifth time? Maybe time for a Johnny Q surgery?
