Leafs were lucky to win that game. Boston was all over them. 4 posts. Leafs with lucky bounces all night. Can't continue to play the wrong way and expect to beat teams like that in the playoffs. Easily still another 5 years away.

I’m honestly not expecting anything until Friday at the earliest. We might hear of extensions being close and what not but if there is an actual way to maximize the cap hit on this year and lower it in the next 2-6 years then they take it to the bitter end.

Honestly I’m not sure what he was part of for the Leafs other than drafting.

He’s made some good picks and some questionable picks...all I really know is Shannon chose Dubas over him so take that for what it’s worth.

He was salty about it so maybe he has some fire in him

Meh, I don’t think that matters.

I think as soon as there is a mutual decision from both sides it’s a done deal no questions asked. You don’t (frank) around like that after all the crap both sides has endured...I see him being back next game...I think the Leafs and Nylander would love to be back when Matthews is back.

Have them both play together behind Marner and Tavares to get back into their groove. And it’s a home game Babs can give them easier matchups.
