I was hoping to see a little feedback on Sprong from last game. I thought he played great and would have probably had a couple points if Sheahan had better finish. Its too bad they don't switch ZAR and Sprong. |

Jack Johnson is a terrible signing. Matt Cullen is too old. Sprong should play 20 minutes a night on Crosbys wing. |

Karl Alzner is on waivers... He's not that bad is he? Could you sign him and trade Schultz or Maata? His cap hit is 75% or less I think cause of waivers. |

The Jets and Pens first 2 lines match up but where the Jets have an advantage is their 3rd and 4th lines and the defense. The biggest difference is Crosby, the best player in the world. He can win this game by himself. |

McDavid... |

McDavid... - Feds91Stammer No he's not. McD can't make average players that play on his line better like Crosby has done for several years with many different average players? The answer is NO as he needs Draisaitl or RNH on his line to pad his stats. If stats alone make a player the best then its MCD, but what has his team ever won and how are the Oilers doing this season?

Alzner was propped up by a strong defense in WSH. |

Yeah but how do you know he isn't a good fit with JJ unless you try it? |

I agree the Pens played a very good game against Columbus and deserved to win. The big negative I got out of the game was that Columbus had their chances and very good chances at that. Specifically Panarin, he missed a wide open cage early that would have answered Pearson's goal.
Good that Geuntzel had a good game and the Pens kept working and limiting the Jackets chances but it was a close game. |

Lol it’s Panarin. That dude is going to get great chances no matter who they play. You’re not gonna stop any team from at least getting two or three strong chances.
This was a very strong game by the Pens.

When your goalie gives you a chance, something the Pens weren’t getting with MM, good things can happen. Now, the bigger question, who starts against the Jets? |

Exactly, Panarin doesn't miss often, especially against Pittsburgh. I don't agree that the chances C-bus got should just be laughed off. They were Grade A chances.
Sometimes you get the bounces sometimes you don't. Pens have been getting the bounces lately. They have been playing a stronger game recently. They need to continue that trend, that will be the key. |

B2B with Avs, don't look too much into who starts either game. |
