He's slower than molasses in January. Easily the slowest Dman on the team and shouldn't even touch the ice on the pp. The slowness has hampered his ability to defend. He showed promise as a rookie but has seemed to regress year by year.

Because Chiarelli is a terrible GM. In no way should he ever have moved such a core player like Hall. I feel bad for Mcdavid he deserves better. I wanna see him more in the playoffs and with a better supporting cast.

Weak premise.
