YES, MY CURSE HAS BEEN LIFTED!!!! Thank you Canuckles.

Not that that is over with. Great game to watch last night. Wild really were flying all over the place. I know Lapanta said it at one point, but that Nino/Koivu/Coyle line could smell blood in the water there in the 1st period. Man were they buzzing! Funny part was, I think Koivu was actually embarrassed by his free goal. And it was nice to see Coyle actually shooting the puck, leading the team with 6 shots. And I think Nino just might be waking up.

A few quick points that I enjoyed about the game last night. The Spurgeon/Brodin pairing actually had the most ice time during the pk. And Spurgeon & Dumba had more ice time on the PK than Suter. Ice time for Suter was actually 3rd among d-men last night. That is a good trend.

Staying with the PK, the top 4 forwards in ice time during the pk last night were: JEE & Foligno (tied with exact same times), Hendricks and then Fehr. All 4 of them had almost 1 minute more than Koivu, Coyle or Granlund. That helps in a major way for keeping the more skilled players more fresh for 5vs5 or the PP.
