So Dennis Hoff got elected to congress despite dying on october 16th.

HOW CAN THIS EVEN BE ALLOWED TO HAPPEN?

i think it's pretty straight forward. he died after it was too late to get him off the ballot. so people go in to vote and they vote their party, knowing the guy is dead (or not). what else are they gonna do?

Well according to the laws in Nevada, if you vote for someone who died and that person wins, the chair remains empty.

So the people (63%) would rather have an empty chair than Mrs. Romanov.

That's gotta be hard to swallow.

yeah it kinda makes sense. why give the party you don't want in power that advantage?

definitely robbed the game of its entertainment value. well unless you're a Rangers fan.

They had a couple of bad calls against them too. I agree that the game changed when Armia left.

The man supported Hilary in 2016.

"female doges for Hilary" he claimed.

5 on 5 the Habs can hang with any team, an overabundance of penalties exposes their weak special teams

yeah but you also knew when they got the 5-on-3 that a slew of make up calls were coming. PPs were pretty tilted towards Montreal at that point. (frank)ing that up was the beginning of the end.

What! when did the canadiens become an elite Stanley cup contending team? I must have missed that just asking.

Well, the good thing about yesterday's game is that we shouldn't see Joel Armia on the 1st PP for a while...

Lower body injury, looks like he hit his knee, so "Yoel" could be out for a while... (apparently it's the correct Finnish pronunciation)

the bad news is that we won't see Armia at 5 on 5 for a while.

When is Byron coming back? Should help Domi and Drouin.
