Personally I’d rather Hextall hold the players accountable but we all know what the easier move is.

It doesn’t matter where Giroux plays best at. Team sport. Couturier barely hanging on as our number one center and we have a bottomless pit on the of the third line. Fill the gap or prepare to throw away the season.

Hextall badly miscalulated as to when this team will actually compete for a Stanley Cup. This core will be aged out by then easily.

The right decision was to begin selling off some of the core pieces. Simmonds should’ve been moved last off season or at the trade deadline. Now Hextall painted himself into a corner with that one. My next selection would be to move Voracek at this upcoming deadline. Moving Giroux is optional.

I have a feeling that a good majority of the fan base wouldn't know how to accept a rebuild at this stage of Hexy's tenure. They already bought into this "process". I'd like to see how things go for the next month or two (maybe with a new coach), but I'm for whatever is best for the franchise. I do, however, want to see a cup with my father.

I talked to plenty of fans that were willing to give Hak a chance because he wasn't the safe bet.

What Flyers fan actually knew much about Hakstol when he was hired? I'm sure you talked to a large group of Flyers fans. Honestly, I can never understand why things like that, that couldn't be more irrelevant are brought up.
