Brown is a decent player, its not kadri is playing with pylons.
Besides shouldnt it be kadri who makes the players on his better and not the other way around?
I thought kadri played well last night - Fakepartofme
I thought it was a good game by kadri, and probably lindholms best game, but they are still a far cry offensively from marner and marleau.
Kadri went through a slumps when he was playing with komarov last year. |

Apparently Colaiacovo mentioned on air that Nash was going to join the Marlies for training, and then sign on with the Leafs later in the season.
Interesting. |

Nash is too facking slow.
Lansdberg also said that colaiacovo took aki berg from an ok player to a star player.
A star player!

Landsberg tries to pump Carlo's tire a little too much, to be honest.
I doubt that Nash plays at all this year.. Even if he did, it would probably be in Columbus. Dude lives there with his wife and kids |

Not that it was ever really a question, but the Matthews vs. Laine “debate” has been put to (frank)ing bed and is officially over. |

People are dumb. I love Laine, I think he's a really good player, but Matthews is better, playing a harder position. Not hard to see it. |

Nucks beat TB 4-1
Really glad they missed on a couple high 1st rounders or they would have a pretty good top 6... assuming they still sucked as much with the players they could have taken (probably not the same draft spots but you get the idea)
2014 - Nylander or Ehlers in stead of Virtanen
2016 - Tkachuk or Keller or Sergachev instead of Juolevi |

3 games of insane scoring by Matthews obviously changes everything.
What if Laine scores 5 goals next game? Is it back on?
(I agree with you that Matthews is the better player btw) |

Can a player like Nash handle the ego dump of being a 3rd liner? Iginla and Doan couldn't and they're of a similar ilk. |

That's another issue altogether.
At 34, you would think he is willing and able to, but I don't know.
Nash is not fast enough to keep up with Matthews and Kappy, Marleau is. Hyman will be on the Matthews or JT line.
Nash would be on the 3rd line, or maybe 4th, if Johnsson or Leivo can ever take advantage of a great opportunity they have in front of them |

Well he loses the puck never gets it back. He took an idiotic penalty after being on the receiving end of a hit he should have seen coming. He fluffed on a drop pass from Tavares that Mariner put in. He is last on the team in +/-. His is not facing teams 1st or 2nd lines any more.
I agree though he seems OK just in a weird stats slump. He did this last year too when he didn't score for 27 games or whatever it was. We all knew we were looking at 10 goals every game this year and Babs did play the 4th line for 8 minutes last night. No point in running up the score with players we know can play. |

I thought the whole line played well. At the moment, Lindholm looks like a better winger, than a centre. |
