The Leafs are worried about the good young players that they are going to have to put on waivers. Why, oh why, would they want to add a player who put up zero points his last run in the NHL? Tavares has a new best friend....Mitch Marner. He does not need Moulson (and we all know Babcock's love for Zach Hyman, so you know he is staying put on the other wing).

There may be a team out there with interest in Moulson, but it is not Toronto.

I am very impressed with your sales pitch, you make it sound very appealing to have Moulson on JT's wing, unfortunately Marner called and reminded us he is now JT's BFF and slapped a big Veto on the deal.

Perhaps we can do business one day in the near future, until then good luck trying to pass off the Buffalo cast off's

His salary is actually 3M this year. Half could be retained by buffalo, he would cost 1.5M in real dollars and count 2.5M against the cap for another team. But he sucks.

They can pay me 1/3 of his salary, and I'll put up better numbers than Moulson this year, all while sitting on the toilet. Win win for everybody.
