The goal that counted as the game winner never crossed the line. But it more or less made up for the non-goal when Hammond was pushed into the net before it cam dislodged.
Only seeing a part of the 3rd period, I didn't really see anything special from the JEE-Greenway-Coyle line. I did see a nifty little move by Greenway from behind the net and coming out to get the puck on goal. But other than that, nothing to write home to mom about. But again, this was the 1st pre-season game of the year.
Just happy that hockey is back! |
