People care too much about a letter on a jersey. The C doesnt mean much, you dont need on to be a leader on a team. Think of them like a team lead on your team at work. They are the person you look to when you need assistance but they have no actual authority.

It's not a "Babcock mind game", it is Babsy turning a boy into a man, making him search deep within and teaching him to self-motivate himself to the top of the heap. Hopefully Matthews can do it and if/when he does, he will give Make Babcock full credit. Best coach out there! He cares about his players.
