Yes, the locker room is so divided now! It's just like a pre-teen dance when the boys stay on one side of the room and the girls on the other side of the room. I heard it's even to the point now where Tavares is bullying Matthews and stealing his lunch money! I've never seen a media base and bloggers so desperate to try anything they can to stir up poop! Micro analyzing every (franking) comment and assessing body language when watching interviews to suggest that there is a problem! These decisions aren't something Babcock just pulled out of a hat! This was probably discussed way back in August of who's going to wear a letter and who's not!
It irritates the media more than anyone on that team that there's no juicy stories to put out so they make them up!

Most Leafs fans are on Ek's side.

This whole thing has disaster written all over it. Other teams have had great success with the rebuild. But i don't think that will be the case with Toronto. Because reasons.
