The Pacific got a lot stronger this week. I think this is the NHL and there is so much parity that any team can win on any night. I will say that the Pacioretty trade for Vegas means more to the final standings than EK65 to San Jose. I think SJ was already favored to win the division and this trade simply reinforces that. I also believe that LA, VGK, ANA, CAL will be fighting for 2 spots. Yes it's important how these 2 teams matchup when 2 points are involved but a bigger factor will be who can go out there any consistently beat the teams they should beat like BOS and TB do. |
