Does Jack Hughes play center, or is he moved to the wing and centered by MacKinnon?

Ottawa could trade Karlsson, Duchene, and stone for a bag of pucks and 3 players on LTIR and still not have a roster as bad as Detroit or Montreal............and I also wouldn't chirp much as a canes fan, your roster isn't much better.

The Sens have arguably the worst lineup in the league

The Habs and Redwings are debatable

And yeah, the Canes roster is definitely better than the Sens.

it's not debatable at all

Ottawa has better forwards than both teams

Ottawa has better defence than both teams

Ottawa has better goaltending than Detroit

The Canes roster is much much much better than the Sens there bud. If Darling/Mrazek werent there you wouldn’t even think twice about remotely considering that notion. The Sens are the laughing stock of the game and that makes me feel better as a CAR fan, which says a whole lot ya plug 😂

which part is better again?

Is it your slightly above average D, or maybe your mediocre group of forwards (other than a couple of good young guys), or your definitely mediocre defence.

sens will have a new owner sooner than later and begin rebuilding with a solid group of young players/prospects

your team will continue to be where it's always been, teetering in mediocrity and insignificance. enjoy

Slightly above average D? Yeah I’m sorry, but Hamilton, Slavin, Pesce alone makes their D better even with Karlsson. The forwards are much closer, but I’d gladly take Aho, Teuvo (guys who are actually going to stay long term and knocking on the 75pt + door) Svechnikov wild card, Over Duchene and Stone (who will be gone deadline day) and let’s be real here Craig Anderson is in the same lowly category as Scooter and mrazek.

Plus, being a Sens fan, you’re automatically bottom of the totem pole. You deserve to take shyte from any fan (even MTL and DET who I think the Sens are better than) solely because have you seen this organization? It’s the dictionary definition of gong show to the point where I feel the fans deserve much better. It’s a pathetic laughing stock.

There’s nothing to look forward too. Melnyk, Karlsson/Stone/Duchene leaving, an okay. But not sexy spec pool, picking Tkachuk over Zadina (bad idea the second it was conjured) This is me being genuine and not chirping.

So buddy, kindly take your L, and shove it where the sun doesn’t shine ❤️😘

I disagree. They all have bad lineups.

Stone and Duchene are the only top 6 forwards on the team....

Come on. I know you are a Sens fan but it’s completely debatable

The Canes have one of the top D cores in the game

Their offence is mediocre sure...but their D is light years ahead of the Sens

how is it light years ahead

karlsson >> hamiltion

Chabot is atleast equal to slavin right now, and he's 3 years younger and will likely end up being better than any Dman on the canes not named Hamilton

wolanin is a very good young dman who is going to surprise a lot of people this year.

wideman was probably Ottawa's 2nd best dman last year before getting hurt.....if he's healthy this year, 30pts is a pretty realistic expectation and he's solid in his own end.

is the canes D better, sure, but they aren't much better and no way are they one of the best groups in the NHL.......at best they're middle of the pack.

The sens aren't a good team, not trying to debate that.....they'll finish near the bottom this year, and for a couple of years......but by then they'll have a new owner and will build back up to being a contending team.

the canes will continue to run as a mediocre, middle of the pack team that nobody gives a poop about......I'm good with that.

Chabot at least equal to Slavin? 😂 bud you’re a fukking idiot. You obviously don’t know anything about hockey and you got something on the lens of your Sens glasses

Also, I’m still waiting for that adult video of you sticking that L up there to be posted online. Don’t keep us all waiting too long, give the people what they wanna see 😘

so what you're telling me is that Chabot, who is 3 years younger, played 20 less games, scored more goals and only 5 less points (while having limited PP time) and who is solid in his own zone, isn't as good as slavin?

explain?

as for the video, I'm sure your browser history is full of those kinds of videos, you can go watch those if you're really desperate for spank bank material

Come on man. Chabot hasn’t proved a whole lot...take off the glasses. A ton of potential sure but Slaavin is without a doubt the defender a team would want instead for THIS year.

Hamilton Slaavin Pesce Faulk TVR De Haan is worlds better than the Sens corps...it’s not a competition

The canes have a great d corps and a top prospect pool. Keep being jealous bud.

Out of the 31 teams the Sens are in the absolute worst position....it’s easy to say the future is bright because they are at rock bottom. It can’t get much worse than it has.

Don’t keep me waiting too long 😘 Slavin is one of the best dmen in the game, he’s extremely solid and does a lot well. It’s a known fact. C’mon bud you know your in the wrong here. T Shacks would agree with me (love ya articles btw bud, always a good down to earth read so props to you big guy), most Sens fans (even the blind homers of your variety), and pretty much every hockey fan.

P.S. I’m a premed kid at UND (where yo boy Wolanin played, trust me he’s not going to surprise, and I’m a lifelong Sioux fan) with an undergraduate emphasis on genetics and nuclear medicine (surprisingly not joking, your’s truly is smart to a certain degree), can I get a hair or saliva sample from you? I need to study the the mutations in your code and find out if I’ve discovered a rare breed of inbred homer fan. Would be quite an astonishing find, because you are somehow making Ottawa look worse 😂 please mail the sample to my university lab mailbox and I’ll get back to you with what I find after some testing. ❤️

Yeah it’s a fact that many knowledgeable hockey fans agree with.

Also I already did test my own for a science colloquium my sophomore, huntington’s runs in my family so I’ll get to deal with that in my 50s ❤️ But seriously I’m genuinely curious what’s wrong with your brain, and I have to log 30 hours in the research lab this week, send that sample my way Cupcake 😘

Is there any evidence that Melnyk is selling soon, or is that just wishful thinking in the fan base?
