Eichel was a guest of Bauer Hockey at an Bauer hockey player event that was held in New Hampshire. Hilary Knight, Patrick Kane, Andrei Vasilevskiy, David Pastrnak and lother players attended the event.
Let's sign one of them lother players you speak of Garth, might provide us with enough depth down the middle to combat the Leafs' mighty trio.
Sheary - Eichel - Okposo
Erod - Mitts - Reinhart
Berglund - lother - Thompson
Baptiste - Sobotka - Bailey |

You're correct. Bauer doesn't assign a letter. The Saber's do. And, that letter would have been patched onto his official "Adidas" jersey by a member of Buffalo's staff.... Because, as of now, Eichel is NOT the captain of the team.
Why put a letter on it at all? Because it's his official jersey. Same reason he's not wearing a Nikey/Bauer jersey in the photos. |

They tend not to give "C"'s to guys who are immature and who aren't leaders
But this is Buffalo, so don't rule anything out
Maybe if they wish hard enough, but reality won't change |

Eichel captain? Sounds about right. Got his first coach fired. A Stanley Cup champion coach, fired. Next year. 31st place. Naturally hand the kid the captaincy |

I see a pattern here with opinions on mr. Super star here. Sabres fans will too. Right about the time you realize you overpaud him. However really doesnt matter. Sabres got no one else to pay. Might as well try to bump up mathews contract. However mathew probaly takes a hometown discount like tavares and accepts what eichel got just to be with a real hockey team. |

Yes, they have promised him that they would pursue Auston once he requests a trade out of Canada. They indicated they would be willing to oversheet him as well. Yeichel likes that kind of gumption. |

You can bet your bottom dollar Arizona will offer sheet him . I am guessing if the cap goes up or even stays at its current level the offer will be 13 million per season 7 seasons . Will the Leafs be in the position to match? Also taxes are a lot lower in Arizona. The move will keep the Franchise in Arizona |

Offer away lol 4 firsts from that team would be awesome. Still think the coyotes will be there. Think austin leaves a team about to do something special for a train wreck. Cause its all about the money right. Haha stew in your own hate. Im loving it. Thoughts |
