Panik is a decent player who could play on any NHL roster. I never understood why the Leafs traded him for an ECHL player.

I have no feelings one way or the other. When they were good, I would have told you they were good. But they are currently terrible and they keep giving away all their cheap and excellent guys to the Coyotes.

He exaggerates anything Leaf...anything Coyote...and trashes the Hawks at every chance. It is what he does, and he does it well.

Also in his repertoire is the preaching of Corci, shunning the "eye-test", and discounting wins and loses, focusing on luck and circumstance.

I think offensively Panik will have a much better season. if you look at march first on the last 20 games of the season he was playing with keller and he had 8 goals 15 points in 20 games. hes a the type of player they need with keller. someone who will shoot first.

You don't mess with success and I think Keller- Stepan - Panik is the only line on the Coyotes we can currently predict.

Lets not pretend that Chaka is getting anything over on the Hawks! The Yotes are trading from a position of strength where-as the Hawks are trading from a negative position. The Yotes are one of only a hand full of teams with the cap-space to take on these "retired" salaries, And the only team that seems to be willing to do these trades at this time. I honestly thought it would have cost the Hawks more to unload Hossa's contract.
