Yes, you have Matthews.
Yes, you have Tavares.
No, you haven't won f*ck all since 1967.
Until you do..... STFU. - Delios001
And it's been a quarter century since the Habs won, and 40+ years since the Flyers won.
None of those 3 fan bases should be able to talk jack poop about Cup droughts to anyone. |

Every time I think of the awful drafting, trades, and contracts that Stan Bowman has done over the years to tank the once dominant Blackhawks back into the basement of the Western Conference....I look to Peter Chiarelli and Marc Bergevin to remind me that things could always be worse. |

I know these things aren't foreseeable, but most people pointed out that this was a bad trade because Weber had way more wear and tear on him than Subban. But oh boy, does this ever go from bad to worse; these guys can't catch a break. - mgriffen
Catch a Break !!! No Sir you reap what you sow and I am as hardcore a habs fan for over 50 yrs as you can get , and I liked Bergy but it seems trading PK was the beginning of the end , we finally had a player that was well liked by the fans, in the mould of some of the greats that also wore Habs jerseys and kept us on the edge of our seats... and PK was traded for well , nothing !!! really, what has Weber brought since the trade for what we gave up for him , while PK is at the top of his game and in Norris discussions Weber isn't even playing !!! |

Weber had a very good first year and was on pace to repeat last season before he blew up his foot. |

Injuries are not things that are planned for, nor can they be predicted. What if Subban blows his ACL and is gone the whole year for Nashville. Does it then make MB trade more palatable? The trade was not a bad trade (with due exception to age). Clearly Subban was not fitting in with the Habs dressing room otherwise he would be here today. Stop blaming MB! It is extremely difficult to make trades or pick up FA's in today's salary cap NHL. Yes, it is quite unfortunate that Weber got hurt but I would still rather have Weber than Subban any day. The man plays hard every game and never complains. He is a true leader and leads by example. The same could not be said about Subban. |

If I'm not mistaken the longer he waits to retire, the more they get bent.

Man, he's such a valuable weapon if you want to squeeze Nashville. |
