Can't officially talk numbers until July 1 but teams can talk to UFAs for a week before july 1.

UFA's can interview with teams from the day after the draft until June 30th, but not sign anything. Essentially they can negotiate a deal and have it all worked out in principal, it just can't be signed and official until 7/1.
