Thanks Jan! I realize these teams aren't exactly bringing people to hockey, but I think we have about 12 days off excellent hockey coming up and at all watchable times. |

I don't know man, Winnipeg has some serious forwards on that team and if Hucklebuck plays well I think Jets take it |

Actually think its going to be an awesome series. I could see 7 games and either team winning. I'm rooting for the underdog though.
Also think whoever wins that if its Vegas or the Jets, they are going to win the cup. |

Kyle Dubas, as expected, named Leafs’ GM. We had a feeling this would happen. For NYR, impact is what happens with Sheldon Keefe. Will he be allowed to interview and will he even want to leave organization with Dubas as the GM. |

Don't see it happening. Both the Jets and Vegas can be relentless, I haven't seen that with the Caps and Tampa. Think the West wins the cup. |

I don't even know if the Caps have the juice to get past Tampa. If Backstrom can't play or is severely limited they are in trouble. I'm sure diaper-muncher Tom Wilson will dent someone's brain again at some point, too. |

Yeah, you're probably right. I just want to see Ovi win it. He can come to NY and win it. |

Agreed, think Tampa wins. While I would love for Tampa to win it all for the extra 1st and have them be a lottery team next year, They really haven't impressed me these playoffs. I can't see them beating the Jets or Vegas. Who knows though. I thought Boston was going to pound the east and they look like they blew their load way to early. They were so (frank)ing slow in the Tampa series. |

one thing Tampa does have going for them is that they have played so little hockey compared to everyone else that they most certainly have less bumps and bruises than everyone at this point.

I mean they dispatched the Bruins, who someone could have made a fair argument for being the best team in the East, in 5 games. That's pretty impressive. And even if they haven't looked perfect, that just means that they still have another gear to find.
Washington hasn't exactly been challenged much either. They got a Pens team that had most of their core pretty much broken and the Jackets who can't fight their way out of a wet paper bag in the playoffs. |

I'm hoping they win and you certainly might be right, but those two teams in the west just look a notch above. I hope Tampa wins the cup and Cooper gets run over by a zamboni. |

I just don't want Vegas winning for ONE reason.
Their fans don't deserve it! They need to suffer for years, just like the fan bases of every other professional sports team has before their team wins |
