12 months ago Cordell picked the Blues to win the division because "[Blues] defense is spectacular." Only change we've made is third pairing Shattenkirk being switched out for whichever top end prospect plays better, Walman or Dunn. I think Blues will take a step back, we've already lost 3 forwards for most or all of the year to injuries, but I'm not sure Cordell's reasoning makes any sense. Bouwmeester and Edmundson might not be Norris type guys, but they are certainly top 4 defensemen on almost any team in the league.
