Well, he probably has a spine but (right or wrong) probably does agree with the current administration. You may not realize it, but there are people out there who are 100% on board with Trump. You don't have to agree with them, but they do exist. I would think that he is one of them, and he probably realizes that a lot of the decisions will be wildly unpopular. I don't think that puts him on par with people who mass-murdered millions of people based on ethnicity and eye color.

The basis of the law meant that HAD to be a lie simply b/c the law was changing the rules of what healthcare plans could be offered and what had to be within those plans. That is not political spin. That's not false equivalency, it was a lie just like Trump has lied. Earnest was doing nothing different than Spicer and that is, was, and will continue to be my point.
