The streak of another very good move continues, at the least Cullen will bring out some competition to fill out your bottom 6. Lots of flexibility with Fehr, Bonino, Cullen, Bennett and Dupuis to slot up or down.

Yup, JR and his team are killing it. 800k for a proven performer as a bottom six center/winger is not a bad move at all. 7 goals and 13 assists at even strength last season is pretty good.

Whatever happens this year, it's on the players and coaches. Rutherford is absolutely rolling this offseason. In two seasons Pens went from having some of the worst forward depth in the league to some of the best. I cannot wait to see this lineup in action.

I love it. Every player outside of 87,71,81,72 can play up and down the lineup and most can play multiple positions. I dont know if that amount of versatility/shuffling is great or terrifying...


none the less. smart signing. low risk/high reward. Kessel, Plotnikov, Bonino, Fehr, Cullen, (Duper) add to the roster and only Sutter and Spaling gone.

Again, moving out Scuds and bringing in an Ehrhoff or Franson (OR trading for a legit top 4 D at the deadline) is the final game changer to push us into cup finalists category.

I'm comfortable with our Defense now but no one has the ability to play in a higher role than what they are slotted. Injuries on D, especially to 58 or 3, could wreck our season fast.

fehr and cullen will go a long way to improving the pens bottom six, two good signings.
