Did the Senators finally hire you Travis?

Best of luck in your future endeavors. I can confidently say that I've read 98% or more of your posts from the very first one until now, and every single one has been entertaining and thought provoking.

Thanks for getting me into advanced stats, and thanks for your passion.

You will be missed.

Good luck Travis! This blog has been my first daily stop for a couple of years now, and lots of us are going to miss it. All your pieces were well-written and informative, and gave me a greater appreciation for the game and the team. Will you still be writing for Sporting News? What's next? Is anyone stepping in for you here at HB?

Good luck Travis ! Probably one of the least biased bloggers I've read since my time posting here. If there is a new send blogger he has big shoes to fill

I liked this one from two seasons ago, before the Melnyk hunting :

Cheers Travis... You've been spot on with your articles. They have all been relevant, thought driven and you had raw figures to back up pretty much any comment and recommendation you offered. I know the new Sens blogger will have quite the shoes to fill in.

...'luck in the new endeavors.

Thanks for the memories Travis. Joan Rivers and you gone in consecutive days; I'll really miss one of you; hint: the one who didn't look like the Joker.

Some guys know to stop drinking when the ugly girls start to look cute, but I always pulled out one of your advanced hockey stats configurations, and when the discussion started to make sense, and I started to see 4 four dogs playing poker in among the dots on the chart, the bottle went away.

Don't know what we and my liver will do without you.

Eugene, you can restart the too poor to buy talent bullpoop, once again uncontested.

Thanks for the worm you've done Travis. You helped me understand the likes of Corsi and Fenwick. Good luck in the future. Mirtle is hinting that it's some thing big. Just keep an eye out for Melnyk and his hired hackers.

I haven't logged into my account in years, but I read your blog every day. I thought it was worth signing in to say thanks for all the perspective. I wish you the best. If you're writing somewhere else, I will look for your work.

Good luck, good on you for sticking with it as well, There were some times when there wasn't a lot of action and you kept writing and I think that dependability won you a huge group of loyal fans.

I still think your best time was during the lockout when we were starved for anything hockey and you kept pumping out stories when everyone else seemed to have nothing to say.

Good luck in whatever you got - I still remember when I put up my first post you replied (I'm sure you regret it now) You'll be missed, nice treat for Sens fans having the best writer going - big shoes to fill for whoever is coming in. Hopefully the forum stays as solid as you made it.
