I just want quick to go on IR so I can pick up scrivens |

Kind of like the Senators last year, except you guys still have most of your studs in the line up.
Seriously though your organizational depth can (frank) right off |

Unless we need the cap relief or the roster spot we will not. Once one of Carter, Greene or Clifford come back we may see a retroactive placement. But no, we don't need the relief right now so he likely stays on active roster. |

I think you said the magic word. Focus, whether it be due to injuries or Sutter.
Also, allowing Drew to get back to his dominant self after swapping out Regehr for Muzzin. |

Unless your's is a keeper league, I would consider making that switch. |

In a keeper he still has a lot of value, would be a costly move to just drop him. |

I really dislike the media in LA when it comes to hockey. They never ask the right questions. Somebody should ask Sutter: Is Nolan injured or just a healthy scratch? |

Is it strange that I'm starting to get that 2012 feeling where I think we have a team that can win it all again? When Carter gets back I'd like to see the Kings waive Fraser instead of bringing one of the kids down. |

I think that's a very possible solution, or try and send him down and see if he clears or not. I can't see Vey and Pearson staying, but one of them should stay. |

Along with the knowledge that JQ isn't back there to save their bacon, I think the forecheck has found its old self. I've been saying since the TM days that the Kings go as their forecheck goes, and lately DKing and that entire line has been forechecking demons! Our D corp are making smarter plays with the puck and I think VV and WM are starting to get themselves into playing shape. I've always liked AMart's game and think his play with the puck and ability to pinch and hold a puck in (which DD should pay more attention to) is great.
Does Carter center a line when he comes back? Stolli gets bumped to the 4th line and Carts centers the 3rd with Pearson and another? Seems we should spread that talent wealth around a little better... I can deal with the game we're playing atm, keep it up Professor!!!

I feel ya man. Damn yahoo fantasy, put him on the IR. Not that it would help me. I already have Burns in my only IR spot... with Carter waiting in line.
- PancakesPenner
Right there with both of you... I have Burns and Carter taking up my IR spots. Needless to say, my goal and PPP production has taken a hit in the last few weeks. I was lucky enough to pick up Scrivens the night Quick went down, so that's saved me, but Burns might be back as soon as tonight, but Quick is not on the IR, he's just got this stupid "O" next to his name... ugh |

Yahoo was a day late putting Callahan on IR before the season and I was going to pick up Hertl in a keeper league(found out he was in the top 6), only to watch him get picked up the day before Callahan could have been placed on my IR. |

Agree completely. I think Jason nailed it reference the injuries causing the team to refocus and get back to "team" defense. |
