Tyler Myers being traded for anything short of Taylor Hall is laughable and even thats a stretch. Gagner? Really?? The laughs keep comin'.

The Canes should make the playoffs in 2013.

Doan is NOT going to Nashville. Where do you get this stuff??? As for the contracts, if the Rangers want him, it will be for over $6M per season. Obviously if he stays in PHX it will be for a lot less. If it is VAN, it will be about $5M per season. Doan will accept different contracts from different teams. East coast teams will have to pay a premium if they want him.

JK it's proably be one of the their young guys competing for the 6th or 7th spot Bourdon, Gus or Manning. I know Bourdon played in the Quebec leagues already and might be a target for them.

I like Subban but not for Coots. And I think it'd be weird to trade B. Schenn right after we got his brother Luke. If the loss of either of those guys ends up as a deal breaker... well, so be it. Fill out the blueline with the best players possible & go from there. I think Gus and Bourdon are on the verge of showing what they can do in a regular 3rd pairing spot. I think we really need one more Defensive Veteran like Spacek and then roll the dice.
