I'm glad to hear that Olsen and Hayes have been helping the Panthers out.

Olsen particularly because he's a talented kid who has a lot of potential, but was pretty restricted with opportunity given Chicago's current defensive situation.

Glad both players are getting more playing time down south.

It's a win-win deal for both teams.

I liked dineen but he lost the locker room and we need to do something. As they say it's easier to fire the coach then 20 players as you know. You would think Islanders had still had their first round pick.

Olsen alone has made the deal worth it! The best part is since he has been paired with Gudbranson he has really picked up his game which is huge for us.

It's the effort we saw two years ago. The team is finally clicking, hopefully this lasts all season and they add instead of subtracting at the deadline. 6 points behind Torinto for the wildcard with a game in hand isn't bad after that pathetic start the panthers had. Keep up the winning and this season will turn itself around.

I think even he knows they'll never win a Cup with a team that has players that bite and pull hair. At least the new coach had restored order and made the play somewhat respectable again.

Just curious, how can say for certain that any franchise will never win a cup? Do you know what players will be in the NHL 10 years from now and what every team's roster will look like?
