I have zero expectations. They're a very poorly run franchise. They won't tank. They never have any significant caproom. They continue to employ alumni, even if they stink at their jobs. Same bad ownership group, including Comcast. Same city and state that isn't a very attractive place for players to sign, due to geography and tax breaks.

Rinse, repeat. Another year without a Stanley Cup.

I take you as a glass half empty kind of guy

I expect them to be mildly more entertaining, but ultimately lottery bound.

I don’t expect anyone from this draft class nor last to come up. Martone was one of the more NHL ready players, but I’d still have him wait a year.

I think they’ll be picking between 8-11 next year unless they draw the magic McKenna card.
