Happy with the Tavares deal. Probably a year too long but I am sure they can bury or LTIR him when the time comes.

4.38 AAV is about the best we could have hoped for. No complaints here.

Yup, seeing all the no-tax deals like Saad, Benn, etc. was starting to piss me off, but this is really good, and leaves us room to find a 2C.

He's the kind of guy who's been on the slow side his whole career, so I could see him being effective as a bottom 6 option right through to the end of the contract.
