And now, Quinn Hughes.

NJ is 6-4-1 with Jack Hughes in the lineup. Those wins were against Minny x 2, NYI, Detroit, Montreal, Buffalo. So basically no playoff teams. I'm not sure I label that as lights out with Jack Hughes.

Without Jack Hughes, NJ went 2-3-0. So it's correct to say they were below .500.

Quinn Hughes is without a doubt having the better season. Have the trade talks bringing Quinn to NJ died down a bit?

They're currently both playing best at their position. Says a lot in a league with McDavid, Makar. But it's like comparing apples and oranges - they do different things. A much more interesting question in a few years will be who is the better defenseman - Quinn or Luke?

lol why would you compare two players playing different positions? The brother thing? Ok. I’ll bite. The better brother at his position to play is Quinn. Jack has had the better press.

Hoping to see a blog with updated standings and then crowdsourcing which teams that aren't in the playoffs will climb back into the playoffs. Because of the whole US Thanksgiving watermark.
