I figured it out, Rotenberg is just preparing Michkov for life under Torts |

Torts’ contract expires in 2026. Michkov will play in 2026-27. Rotenberg will negotiate himself to be POHO, GM and Head Coach as a condition for letting Michkov come over.

Does seem like Michkov got the Frost treatment. You have to wonder if Torts had the ability to loan Frost out to a different team if he would've done that.

I love to read how barkey is tearing up the league this year. Qhwn he was drafted there was talk about what a steal hw was at his draft position and that all seems to be true so far!
Also good to see bonk netting a few goals. That has to put some weight on your shoulders when you go 59 games without a goal. Either way, both of those kids seem like solid choices. If Bonk can develop any type of offensive game to add to his already sound defensive side that will only make him an even better selection at pick 22.
And as far as MM goes... I'm already developing a man crush on him. This kid is a talent that we haven't seen in orange and black before. His numbers are better than the current day greats that have come out of the KHL. It'll be the first flyers jersey I've bought since Giroux |

Torts is a huge underdog for the 23-24 Jack Adams winner, good time to place a bet! |

need dan kordic for the alumni. Joel Otto? - hello it's me 2050
Kords was invited to play in the 2021 Alumni game but was, unfortunately, unable to travel from Canada at the time due to vaccination status. He's very welcome to be a featured guest at a Friday Night Fights event in the near future. We'd love to get the entire Dan Line together again when that's possible to arrange. Scott Daniels attends various Alumni events. |

Any more news on Cechmanek? I was a fan of his, and feel he doesn't get his due. To me, he was a cut above Esche, Boosh, Biron, and the rest from that era
With all the early deaths following head injuries from decades before, just wondering what happened, though don't mean to pry |

Bill,
Why did Barkey last to the third round? - corduroy
Very small, and his projected ceiling has grown since the Draft. Not comparing him to Brad Marchand -- that's unfair -- but just noting that Boston lucked into drafting him 71st overall (third round) in 2006. Except for the real top prospects in a Draft year, your draft spot is indicative of your starting point, but not necessarily a destination in and of itself. |

he was more than a cut above imo. He was a Euro so he will never get his due. |

Why doesn't your hero hold the PP accountable in your opinion?

Boosh and edzo had a great opportunity to speak about checkmanek after the canes goalie made a save with his mask Wednesday night - did they - nope - edzo tried to joke about boosh using his mask to make saves - which really was never a thing |

The flyers are not playijg sustainable hockey. Blocking 30 shots a game is going to cause injury and wear guys down pretty fast.
I juat don't see this style of play lasting very long and when the injuries do start to come there is no chance torts is the jack Adam's winner and no chance that this team is still playing the way that it currently is |

I think Giroux loves the Flyers franchise. It was his home. It was just about wanting to win and play in his home town.

Few questions for you Bill if you don’t mind to create some conversation. In your opinion.
1. Do you see the Flyers wanting to move Cam if he continues his solid play?
2. Do you think there will be a market for Cam with an extra year left on this deal?
3. Do you see the Flyers wanting to move Hart by the deadline? If so who do you think makes sense for a possible trade? Will throw Carolina into the mix as they can use an upgrade.
4. Rizzo will be a free agent come August. You think he will sign with the flyers or wait it out? Would a younger offensive player really want to play for a guy like torts? Will how they treat Brink play any factor? Not sure if those 2 are tight at all.
5. For argument sake what type of ext can you see TK signing in terms of $$$ and term?

if it was about wanting to win he would have went elsewhere. Winning is secondary |
