ESPN+ is WAY overpriced. The broadcast teams are aub-standard. I still need to use my DirecTV log-in when using another TV, AND I have to do a 2-factor authentication via my cell phone. To charge more for the Draft?!?!? They're trying to capitalize on the names & depth of the draft, I guess.
Am very interested in this VPN of which you speak 🤔🤔.
Chelly is a good dude, but I think he could use some polishing. Mind you, he's nowhere as crappy as Howard. Maybe Bally could do a swap; Chelly for Howard, Howard gets to drive the Zamboni?
Think Bert's ask had to have been sky-high of Hall & Foligno leaving still doesn't clear enough cap space for him.
I'd take ADB over Konecny..... |

Chelios was a great player to watch, but he was a snoozefest as a commentator. |

Ok, there are a few smart users on this board. I don’t “recommend” a particular brand, but there are some that were built for security. You basically set your location somewhere else and you can get even European bundles (much cheaper). In fact, Disney is being sued over making Disney plus free in some Euro bundles. They’re raising prices too and Hulu price will probably go up after January.
I dont think people realized how good Doc Emerick was. He had a passion for the game and could tell a story so well. I like Paul Wood as well. Darren Pang is awesome. I’d love to hang with that dude. Jimmy definitely struggled as he learns “the biz”

I don't think Bert's ask is much over $6M. Bruins need D too. Them clearing Foligno now might mean they have another trade to do this week, as Foligno is a UFA in 5 days...........More to ponder.
This gives them nearly $11M in cap space. Swayman won't be getting an offer sheet either! |

In what is a very unsurprising piece of news David Pagnotta of the NHL Network is reporting that the Boston Bruins are expected to begin extension talks with pending unrestricted free agent forward Tyler Bertuzzi. The Bruins have made two trades this afternoon with the big one being the move to shed Taylor Hall and his $6MM cap hit to the Chicago Blackhawks. Pagnotta adds that there have been no recent talks between the two sides which indicates that these would be preliminary extension talks. |

This isn’t a rumor, just a mention on another board (phr). Speculation on Scheifele:
Would the Boston Bruins be interested in Scheifele? Would the Detroit Red Wings be interested in Scheifele given their need, cap availability? Scheifele favorite team growing up was the Red Wings and his favorite player
Mark has, in my mind, one of the highest hockey IQs of his generation. I love the way he talks about the game. Nothing worth an article at this point, but thought I’d show the mention.

Hard pass on Scheifele. Not interested in a 30 year old rental that is rumored to be a locker room cancer. |

I actually hadn’t heard that. I remember Kane being an issue (per Byfuglien) but I thought Wheeler was more of an issue. He’s available too but I’d rather have a depth center as a stop gap or when Copp or Larkin may need “maintenance days”.
I’ll check and see. I reached out to one guy who’s never steered me wrong, but haven’t heard anything back. It sounds like the Jets are having a similar offseason to the flames. In this case, it’s the team that seems to be fed up and not the players but I’m not in the room. Whatever is going on in Calgary, they need someone who believes in the franchise to step in. Culture is still a factor (opinion) but not the way most people think of it. I just mean a group wiling to sacrifice for each other and for a common goal. To lift each other up |
