I remember last year Sharks fans said Dahlen absolutely had to be kept from the expansion draft, top prospect, be crazy to give him up etc etc, now look the new management doesn’t even want him.
That’s why prospects are suspects. But let’s see what happens next.
I think that the problem with Dahlen was that he hit the wall physically as he had never played an 82 game schedule. It wasn't for a lack of talent. I wish him well and let's see if this decision comes back to bite the Sharks. Too bad for Meloche as he is a decent 3rd pairing D Man but his Arb rights did him in with a tight cap...
