Should be noted that Ottawa lost its starting goalie during game 2. Even so it’s a great run by Guelph and ratcliffe has some great highlights. Last night a through the legs pass from behind the net to Suzuki for a goal and a ridiculous dangle for a goal...all ratcliffe on those |

I watched some of the 3rd and Hart looked sharp but there was no real scoring threat from GB. Still, you have to stop the puck. Great experience for him on that stage. Hopefully he sees more action against a tougher opponent though.
What are the chances Ratcliffe makes team out of camp?

I was going to point this out as well. As much as it was remarkable what Guelph did, losing their #1 really hurt Ottawa the most. |

which dman and centercan we talk about today? Maybe bring Filppula back..... |

Hart only needed to make 5 saves for the win. No to Ratcliff on the big squad. His size will no longer be such an advantage, let him mature in the AHL for a bit. |

I want action. I'm sick of this action bias. |

RE: Ratcliffe
I'm dreaming that he's the next Blake Wheeler. I'd settle for the next Nik Antropov. |

Really looking forward to getting this off-season going in full swing..
The Draft, trades, free agency.
You have to figure that something other than the coaching staff will change on the Flyers before camp starts so I can't wait to see what that is. |

The more I explore RNH, the more I think he would make a good target for a trade. Edmonton is center rich and they really could use an NHL ready d-man. |

I hope so. It's obvious to even the dimmest bulbs that there needs to be some new players next year. I think they will be busy.

I've been saying Ghost for RNH ever since the end of the season. Edmonton saves nearly 2 million on the cap and gets about an even swap on value. Defenseman are higher value pieces in the NHL. |

Playing with McDavid certainly helps his point totals.

Doubt that Edmonton will do anything before Lucic is moved.
They need to focus on McD and Draiseitl and run a lot of guys on ELC for 4th and 3rd line.D man should be the focus but only after coach is hired |

Not bad 30 pts in 24 games.Nothing like G's 51 pts in 19 games though.Does this kid have a physical edge to his game?Or is he like the rest of flyers finishing checks, skate by the guy tap him on the ass and say" nice pass bud". |

They have nothing behind RNH, Sam Gagner? the guy who gets traded all the time. Kyle Broziak? Hasn't scored more than 10 goals in 6 years. They like to play Mcdavid with Draisaitl and if they lost RNH their center depth is incredibly weak. What are they gonna do, call up Cooper Marody |

Great game between Slovaks and Canada at Worlds. Really surprised how Slovaks are outskating the Canada. |

marody is a stiff; over a point per game in his first full pro season in the ahl. dont need prospects like him at all. |
