Leaf Boy picked Jake Gardiner, didn’t see this immense hyperbole coming. |

Yes, the Jets will happy to get Morrisey back on Wednesday nite.
Interesting info from all the writers on these players and good info on the misaligned Gardiner from Tanner. |

I agree with Todd. He's really good. |

Laughably predictable for one person as was the verbal diarreha diatribe as well. Dissapointed there was no REM mention in there to go along with it! |

The Islanders have two gems, Pulock and Toews. |

If this was HF, Slavin would’ve won by a landslide |

As good as Gardner seems to be he has the unfortunate ability to make a game turning, heart breaking mistake that often leads to a soul crushing defeat. |

Okay Tanner doing a parody of his own hyperbole was funny.
Hyperbole is objectively the greatest literary device by a mile and I'm not sure it's close. So sick it's insane! |

Nothing as soul crushing as being so bad that your hockey organization moves away from your one-horse, pissant town due to lack of interest. |

Brett Pesce...
I don't know how the heck a D gets +35 when no one else on the rest of his team has anything higher than +10. Obviously he's probably a really good leader on the ice, and one of those foot soldier kinda Ds you need to hold late game leads and kill important minutes.
These guys are like wax on a car - they keep a car looking shiny, and he kept his other Car d look rather shiny. |

Lack of interest? Pot calling the kettle black. Nobody in tinseltown gave a sh** when the Kings won the Cup. |

With Gardiner on the ice we score more goals.
With Gardiner on the ice we allow fewer goals against.
He appears to have more giveaways because he has the puck all the time.
He’s our best defenseman. |

Probably because there's stuff to do there...winterpeg lost a team and the only competing interest is the blue bombers |

I have to agree. If I lived in LA hockey would not be at the top of my list of things to do. |

In July we'll find out that GM's around the league aren't underrating him.
Due to the injury and slightly down year he may only get 5 years X $6mil but that's still great payday. |

Great that you have now acknowledged that nobody gives a sh** about the Kings in LA and the Jets have great interest in the Peg. |

Gardiner is funny, people think he's so bad defensively, yet his analytics are downright elite.
Put him in Arizona and no one knows about his mistakes.

I love HF, the same guys are mentioned as "Underrated" thousands of times. Apparently Barkov is so underrated. So much so, I hear it daily.
