Ryan, you usually have common sense to your passion of writing about hockey & your team. But seriously, give your head a shake if you think they traded him just because he liked to go to the museum instead of team building outings. Wont argue he is the best player in the deal, but when you have a player that is miserable in the dressing room because the team waived his brother & refused to show up at year end team meetings, interviews & press, the team at some point is greater than the individual player. The return was way better than the Ottawa/Hoffman return. Our team & core is pretty young & two former 5th overalls that are 23 & 21 fit in quite nicely for a guy that would not be staying past 3 years. Maybe applaud the Flames management for dealing with a yuchy situation & trying to be proactive versus what you are seeing in Ottawa. Just saying.
