Kuhni really impressed me with that breakout and pass. Really exciting to watch it evolve. |

@powerhouse. I agree. Wilson's been really good this season too. It'll be interesting to see how this season plays out. |

Yea it is a great gesture for the NHL to make, but what I can't figure out is how Kevin Porter made it on the list, but Sundquist, Bennett and Pouliot didn't. I don't remember Porter touching the ice a single time and I am sure the other played 1 or more games??? |

He played 41 games for the Pens last season before a season ending injury. |

Madden was talking about it today. Porter played exactly 41 regular season games for the team. Apparently it's automatic if a player plays half the season. There literally was no more room for anybody else so Sund, Pouliot and Bennett got left off. |

Did Jagr play? - Aussiepenguin
He was a guaranteed odd man break the other way pretty much every time he was on the ice. |

The fourth line was terrific in that third period. The team really picked it up but can't continue to start slow.
Jagr who? Oh the guy that disappears in the playoffs. |

It's nice to some forwards with decent size and offensive up side coming up through the organization for a change. |

We like Jagr as a player but not as a person. He is a bit of a jerk you see. |

If geno bolts for russia, then comes back and plays for another team (while saying he would play for another team) then jumps ship and plays for another half dozen teams, badmouths some former teams, sleeps with 18 year old women, all while gambling on a south american gaming website.... then yes. |

I mean yes being mad for him not playing for us again when he came back is justified and that he badmouth former teams is bad (didn't know he did that ) but who cares if he sleeps with 18 year olds and gambles honestly... |

Can't wait until he retires. Great player, but the love that the blogger has for him is strange. I'm hoping a retirement announcement means RW will have one more blog about him and then the name escapes all of us for decades. |

No comparison my man. Geno has worn 1 uniform for more years already than Jagr has any 2! (HB research there I'm out on site & can't look it up so I'm basically guessing - but you get my point).
Geno = loyal to the Pens (until he's not anymore)
Jagr = sells his arse to the highest bidder. |
