Sign Raanta in the offseason, let Reimer walk. Then let Raanta and Bernier battle it out.

If the Shanaplan is to not ice an NHL calibre goalie then both are great fits.

That seems to be the plan Doug Armstrong is going with and it has been going swimmingly so far

Yeah this year is a lost cause, I'm thinking moreso down the road.

ps. fantasy one tommorrow.

had a nice fleece trading away Allen, Streit and Nyquist for Nash and Hudler, picked up Kunitz off the FA.

I think they run with Bernier...sure he's not been the best...but at least 1 out of every 4 or 5 pucks stick to him...Reimer...never seen the guy not give up a rebound.

But I'm cheering for both.

How about subban, vasilevsky, samsonov or even fucale. Samsonov would be my first choice

The Leafs should just draft their own goalie

We want it to remain that way.

Keeping Reimer and Bernier pretty much guarantees a bottom-5 finish.

Reading some of the Comments about the bracco story.... Someone was saying maybe he's leaving because of grades.

I think the rumors about him leaving/not even going to bc don't really jive with that.

should have put Riemer or Bernier on waivers and claimed Ramo. No one took him because of the CAP hit... just like they wouldn't take Bernier or Reimer.

Good stuff. Dumping Allen is addition by subtraction. The rest is gravy.

I'm 2-1 in HBSL so far and got a big shut out from Halak to start this week. Still dominating the roto keeper league but getting really tough match ups in the H2H daily league. I'm still learning the ropes in that one so I'm tempering my expectations.
